** Are your apartments fully furnished and what does this mean?
Yes all of our apartments are fully furnished. This come with full size washer and dryer, microwave, refrigerator, stove and oven, couch, end table, coffee table and side chair, 37” flat screen t.v. in living room, full size beds, dresser, night stand, built-in desk w/ chair, with 2 sinks in each bathroom. Also your rent will include free high-speed internet and expanded cable.
** What can I expect in my serviced apartment?
As serviced apartments can, and often do, get used for stays of up to 6 months they are usually kitted out to the highest possible standard with everything you would expect such as TV, telephone (usually direct dial), DVD player, hi-fi and internet access. Kitchens are normally equipped with a full cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery (including plates, cups, glasses, pots and pans). Some will also have washer-dryers and dishwashers. Maid service varies in frequency from daily to weekly, and includes a bed linen and towel change along with other housekeeping duties. We only work with serviced apartments that offer onsite reception and concierge service so that we know you will be looked after properly. Most serviced apartments (link to a21) do not have a restaurant or offer room service or bar, but that’s the point really – you have your own kitchen and with it the freedom to come and go, and eat and drink, as you please – just like you do at home. Most serviced apartments are within walking distance of quality restaurants or bars so if you do want hassle free eating and drinking it is usually only a few minutes away. The best of both worlds we like to think.
** What happens when I arrive at the serviced apartment?
Different serviced apartments have different check-in procedures but as a rule of thumb we only work with companies that offer a manned reception desk, so your check in/check-out should run as smoothly as it would at a hotel.
